Title: New Home on the Murray

 Things are up in the air at  Swan Hill  with the move today of the Seedbank from its location of many years at the Swan Hill Saleyards to a new location on the River at the old Nyah Golf Course. 

With the new location comes a new name - reflecting the wider region which the seed bank covers - The Murray Mallee Seedbank will be fully operational at its new site from next week.

Office building on the move - thanks to the support of the Swan Hill Council.

The new site has use of the clubrooms and office at the Golf course in addition to sheds for cleaning seed and propagation areas.  The buildings facilities and access to the surrounding vegetation make the site ideal for delivering training programes in all aspects of seed collection, propagation and revegetation techniques. 

A training program is in development and we will publish details on this site as soon as it it finalised.

Thanks to the support of the committee of the Swan Hill Regional Seedbank for the fantistic support in the transation to the new seedbank facility.
